Policy for Confidentiality

1.0 THE ART OF AESTHETICS LIMITED T/A Atelier - Art of Aesthetics holds the confidentiality of information regarding its patients and staff in the highest esteem.
1.1 All staff members are required to meet this high level of expectation. 
1.2 It is the right of every patient to expect that the information provided to practitioners looking after them will be held in complete confidence with the exceptions laid down by the professional bodies in relation to matters of public interest and protection.
1.3 All staff are required to comply with this policy and breaches of confidentiality shall be considered under our disciplinary policy and may constitute gross misconduct rendering the staff member responsible liable to dismissal.
1.4 All staff must acknowledge this policy and sign THE ART OF AESTHETICS LIMITED T/A Atelier - Art of Aesthetics's Confidentiality Agreement as part of their terms and conditions of service.
